One just has to look around for a moment to see that the issue lies in an increasing lack of EDUCATION and lack of RESPECT towards others.

Why is it that some people today cannot move to let another pass by on a narrow pavement, or use a waste-bin? Why are dogs permitted to soil our roads and paths, and allowed to roam aimlessly without a lead, possibly causing a potential accident?

A small pause at a school entrance will allow you to hear shouts and insults of varying degrees (children will shout of course) , but the degree of insult and abuse which I have so often heard saddens me.
